71 Walters Drive is a four level commercial building developed by Beck Advisory on behalf of Primewest. It has a total NLA of 3,840m2 and achieved a 4.5 Australian Greenhouse Building rating (AGBR). It was also 100% leased on completion of construction in 2008.

Beck Advisory was responsible for feasibility, approvals, construction management and leasing negotiations to ensure the former disused and contaminated site could be successfully transformed into a valuable asset.

Beck Advisory maintained a successful delivery program with the appointed builder, Diploma, and the development was delivered to budget.
