Hamish Beck is a prominent company director with substantial property and strategic experience who has contributed to the development and conservation of Western Australia. Mr Beck is the Managing Director and founder of Beck Advisory, where he has provided specialist strategic property advice and asset management to large private and public companies and not-for-profit institutions since 2000. During his 30-year executive career, Mr Beck has held senior roles with some of WA’s largest development and construction companies and been involved with an extensive range of committees, boards, trusts, development groups and foundations.
He is the Chair of the Rottnest Island Authority, Chair of the Swan River Trust and Deputy Chair of the Historic Heart of Perth Committee. He is also a member of the Central Perth Planning Committee and Western Australian Maritime Museum Advisory Committee. In addition, he is an advisor to various institutional and private groups with diverse interests and objectives. Mr Beck was previously Non-Executive Director of Primewest, one of Australia’s leading private Real Estate Funds Management firms managing over $5 billion of property assets, and Chairman of the appointed Board Sub-Committee to oversee the merger between Primewest and Centuria. He recently retired from the Cockburn Sound Management Council and served on the boards of the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Architects Board of Western Australia and Property Education Foundation, and was State Treasurer of the Property Council of Australia. Rebecca’s career commenced in the real estate industry in 1999. Since joining Beck Advisory in 2012, Rebecca has had extensive experience in large scale property divestments, acquisitions and client-side contract administration. In addition, her roles have encompassed sales and marketing, development and financial reporting to clients.
Rebecca is involved in the asset management of large client portfolios, including retail, commercial and industrial. She works closely with property owners, developers and consultants to provide strategic portfolio advice, providing her broad and varied experience in all aspects of the property industry. Rebecca also works with managing agents to provide direction on leasing negotiations and day to day property management.
Nola has over 20 years of experience in executive support and administration and provides valuable assistance to the Managing Director and Beck Advisory staff.
Nola’s extensive career has encompassed various roles across property-related sectors, having worked previously as a Business Manager, Personal Assistant, Administration and Events Coordinator. She joined the Beck Advisory team to expand her passion for property.
Her previous roles have afforded her a wide breadth of abilities and knowledge, providing her with an expansive skill set to offer exceptional support to the Managing Director and the Beck Advisory team.
Kelly has over 17 years of experience in customer service and administration, joining Property Australia Management in 2014. Prior to this, she had a 12-year tenure as Office Manager of an accounting firm supporting a staff of five professionals.
Her role with Property Australia Management in the Accounts and Administration department encompasses a wide variety of tasks and provides valuable assistance to both the Property Australia Management and Beck Advisory teams.
