HAMISH BECK
Managing Director of Beck Advisory and Property Australia Management (PAM)

Hamish is the Managing Director of Beck Advisory and Property Australia Management (PAM), the dedicated asset management division of Beck Advisory.

Hamish founded Beck Advisory in 2000 and PAM in 2008, following a successful career in the Australian property industry working for some of WA’s largest development and construction companies.

For almost two decades, Hamish has built Beck Advisory to become one of Australia’s most trusted property advisors by providing a range of specialised services to a variety of large private and public companies and not-for-profit institutions.

Hamish has surrounded himself with a highly skilled team and is equally as selective with the clients and projects he undertakes. Hamish provides strategic advice and leadership in complex property projects and is the primary point of contact for every client. Beck Advisory’s success can be attributed to Hamish’s drive, experience, confidence, discretion, passion and commitment towards achieving the best possible outcome for every client and project.

MARGARET LANGSON
Asset and Development Manager

Margaret joined Beck Advisory in 2012 and her involvement with the property industry spans more than 30 years.  Having been involved with many major projects in Western Australia, Margaret’s experience covers all disciplines of property management and development including retail, commercial and industrial. She has been responsible for the asset management of substantial portfolios working with most of the major property owners and developers in Australia.

REBECCA MALLON
Senior Property Manager

Rebecca joined Property Australia Management in 2013 as Senior Property Manager overseeing an extensive and diversified portfolio of properties for a number of Beck Advisory clients.

Prior to joining Property Australia Management Rebecca was employed at Colliers International where she primarily oversaw the management of the State Government portfolio which included some 23 properties across Western Australia.

Rebecca’s five years of experience in conveyancing stood her in good stead to take on the demands of property management prior to joining Colliers.

Rebecca’s property management career spans some ten years and during this time she has managed commercial, retail and industrial properties giving her broad and varied experience in all aspects of the property industry.

REBECCA BROWN
Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Rebecca joined Beck Advisory in 2012 and provides extensive support to the Managing Director and Beck Advisory staff.

Rebecca’s career commenced in real estate in 1999 and shortly following, she attained her Real Estate Property Management Registration (REIWA) and assisted with the management of 250 residential properties.

Prior to making the transition into the property industry, Rebecca worked for the Managing Director of an international mining company and more recently, for the CEO of a multi-national agricultural business. During this time she was the Project Manager for the internal fit-out of a four storey office building into which the organisation subsequently relocated.

KELLY ZANETTI
Accounts and Administration

Kelly has over 17 years of experience in customer service and administration, joining Property Australia Management in 2014.  Prior to this, she had a 12-year tenure as Office Manager of an accounting firm supporting a staff of five professionals.

Her role with Property Australia Management in the Accounts and Administration department encompasses a wide variety of tasks and provides valuable assistance to both the Property Australia Management and Beck Advisory teams.

CARMEN GIADRESCO
Administration

Since graduating from the University of Western Australia in 2010, Carmen has established a career in corporate administration across the property, architectural, finance and legal industries, specialising in executive support.

With over 10 years’ experience in customer service, Carmen is the first point of contact for both Beck Advisory and Property Australia Management.
