Managing Director of Beck Advisory and Property Australia Management (PAM)

Hamish is the Managing Director of Beck Advisory and Property Australia Management (PAM), the dedicated asset management division of Beck Advisory.  He founded Beck Advisory in 2000 and PAM in 2008, following a successful career in the Australian property industry working for some of WA’s largest development and construction companies.

For almost two decades, Hamish has built Beck Advisory to become one of Australia’s most trusted property advisors by providing a range of specialised services to a variety of large private and public companies and not-for-profit institutions. Hamish has surrounded himself with a highly skilled team and is equally as selective with the clients and projects he undertakes. Hamish provides strategic advice and leadership in complex property projects and is the primary point of contact for every client. Beck Advisory’s success can be attributed to Hamish’s drive, experience, confidence, discretion, passion and commitment towards achieving the best possible outcome for every client and project.

Asset Management & Development

Rebecca’s career commenced in the real estate industry in 1999. Since joining Beck Advisory in 2012, Rebecca has had extensive experience in large scale property divestments, acquisitions and client-side contract administration. In addition, her roles have encompassed sales and marketing, development and financial reporting to clients.

Rebecca is involved in the asset management of large client portfolios, including retail, commercial and industrial. She works closely with property owners, developers and consultants to provide strategic portfolio advice, providing her broad and varied experience in all aspects of the property industry. Rebecca also works with managing agents to provide direction on leasing negotiations and day to day property management.

Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Nola has over 20 years of experience in executive support and administration and provides valuable assistance to the Managing Director and Beck Advisory staff.

Nola’s extensive career has encompassed various roles across property-related sectors, having worked previously as a Business Manager, Personal Assistant, Administration and Events Coordinator. She joined the Beck Advisory team to expand her passion for property.

Her previous roles have afforded her a wide breadth of abilities and knowledge, providing her with an expansive skill set to offer exceptional support to the Managing Director and the Beck Advisory team.

Accounts and Administration

Kelly has over 17 years of experience in customer service and administration, joining Property Australia Management in 2014.  Prior to this, she had a 12-year tenure as Office Manager of an accounting firm supporting a staff of five professionals.

Her role with Property Australia Management in the Accounts and Administration department encompasses a wide variety of tasks and provides valuable assistance to both the Property Australia Management and Beck Advisory teams.
