Stephanie Sims began her career within the serviced office sector before transitioning into commercial property management, where she developed a strong foundation in operational coordination and asset performance.
Since joining the Cloisters Management Team in 2016, Stephanie has played an integral role in the ongoing success of the precinct which led to her successful appointment of General Manager in 2019.
As General Manager of the Cloisters precinct, Stephanie provides overall leadership encompassing commercial office towers and a vibrant retail arcade and is responsible for the day-to-day and strategic management of the asset, including oversight of the onsite team, tenant engagement and retention, leasing coordination, and the delivery of key financial outcomes. Her responsibilities also include budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, ensuring the continued strength and operational efficiency of the precinct.
